2010-11 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please read the article for USA Hockey Online Registration...

Online registration is required for all players and coaches.

The USA Hockey season now goes from September 1 through August 31 of the next year. If you are playing summer hockey, you are covered with last years registration.

 
Here is a step by step guide to Online Registration.

2010-11 Season Registration

Valid September 1, 2010 - August 31, 2011

 1. There is a direct link on the right menu that will take you to USA Hockey Registration Page.
2. Choose member type Ice Player / Coach
3. You must be 18 or older to process a registration... check the box that acknowledges that you are 18 or older.
4. Select the season 2010-11
5. Follow the prompts and fill in the information required.
6. There is an affiliation fee automatically generated by your home address. If you live in Mass. and play in RI, you will pay a Mass. affiliation fee.
7. Process payment - VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express(credit or debit card). A VISA gift card will also work.

8. Print out your confirmation page and bring it with you to PYHA registration night. We can not process your registration without it.

Note: The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2004) and younger. The registration must still be completed to get your confirmation number.

PYHA Registration Dates are:

1. Monday July 12 from 7-9pm

2. Thursday July 22 from 7-9pm

Registration will be held upstairs at Lynch Arena.

Consent to Treat and Code of Conduct Forms have been added to the Forms Page on the left menu. Fill out both forms and bring them with you to registration.
